Introduction to NDT /DT

This course is for engineers, managers, welding supervisors, and quality assurance personnel who need a complete overview and understanding of  nondestructive and destructive examinations. 

All of the common nondestructive methods are presented.  Destructive testing methods covered, among others, include:  Tensile; Yield;  Elongation; Charpy Impact; Bend Specimens; Macro Examinations; Hardness.  The course specificaly addresses methods as they apply to NAVSEA requirements.  The course includes both classroom lecture and lab demonstrations, and is custom tailored from 8 to 40 hours, dependent upon the needs of the students.
